Sweatfit LA provides result driven professional training through a diverse means of exercise theory and fitness training. Through our health and fitness assessment we set reasonable and realistic fitness goals and provide the best fitness program to reach your desires.

We strive to educate you on the basic principles of fitness in order to equip you with the knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle.  Our staff is nationally certified and have years of experience in the fitness world. We are capable of prescribing and executing the necessary programs that fit your physical needs and abilities, and we will work diligently to transform your body into a "Health Factory!"

Brian Tucker

Brian Tucker wears many hats here at Sweatfit LA as a personal trainer, a boot camp and cardio kickboxing instructor as well as a co-owner. He played collegiate football at Lehigh University as a defensive back and gained much of his strength and conditioning knowledge during that period. That unique perspective has allowed him to incorporate different fitness techniques during his workouts. He is nationally certified through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and is CPR/AED certified. As a personal trainer he has helped many reach their fitness goals, whether through substantial weight loss, muscular hypertrophy or the improvement of their physical wellness.

Sam Lopez​​

Participating in competitive sports since the moment he learned to walk has made Sam an all around sports enthusiast and team player. From conventional sports to extreme sports he enjoys all that is competition and fitness. He is now a National Personal Training Institute graduate. Certified in Personal Training and Basic Nutrition, along with years of experience in the field, he has coached many individuals into the body and lifestyle they were looking for. Whether it is weight loss, conditioning, strength or rehabilitation, he is sure to have the answers you need.

Jayne Szollosy

Professional Personal Trainer

A longtime fitness professional, Jayne has experience using various training methods including: plyometrics, cardiovascular training, sports conditioning, balance training, and weight training to help clients reach their fitness goals. An avid runner and sports enthusiast, Jayne is dedicated to motivating and inspiring you to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.  She is nationally certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Lupita Granillo

ZUMBA Instructor

Lupita Granillo has been a fitness fanatic since she could remember. At a young age she competed nationally in Gymnastics and Swimming. Later she also joined an Equestrian team and performed in shows all over Mexico. She has done Step Aerobics foryears and for the past three years focused more on dancing ZUMBA. Lupita is ZUMBA and CPR Certified.

Ana Rodriguez

Yoga Instructor

Ana Rodriguez, a Los Angeles native, trained in Holistic Yoga Flow. This is the same as Vinyasa or Power Yoga, but the slight difference is a focus on addressing all aspects of yoga, including meditation and movement towards a calm equanimous mind. Her class will most times be a moderate to intense work-out. One of her favorite things about yoga is the fact that it can be used and altered to reach any personal goal or interest. She is someone who has gained physical strength and tone through yogic practice, but found that the mental and spiritual benefits are what make yoga truly special.
