CLASSES

YOGA FLOW

This class will bring awareness, strength, and flexibility for the mind and body. We will focus on core work, vinyasa flow, balance, and breath. The class is designed to be challenging and empowering. All levels are welcome! The skill level of the class will be based on each students practice and a variety of options and styles will be incorporated.

Tuesday & Thursday @ 6pm, Saturday @ 12pm

BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is a high paced dynamic physical fitness class. It consist of a variety of exercise techniques geared to weight loss and muscle toning. This one hour class will be a total body workout design to utilize all planes of motion. The group setting encourages each person to challenge themselves, however anyone may work at their own comfortable pace.

Friday @ 6pm, Saturday @ 11am

CARDIO KICKBOXING

This high-intensity class is a great full body cardiovascular workout that is sure to challenge your muscles and your mind.  Consisting of a broad range of punches, kicks, and athletic drills, Cardio Kickboxing will get you on your way to a leaner, stronger body and healthier state of mind. No equipment is used and gloves are not required. The last portion of class is dedicated to toning abs and strengthening the core. Be prepared to sweat and have fun while listening to the latest remixes.

Monday & Wednesday @ 6pm

ZUMBA®

An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that is addictive and fun!  Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party.
